The Platform is available worldwide, except for residents of the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). Access from the EU/EEA is geoblocked under the exemption in Regulation (EU) 2018/302 (Art. 3.2.b), as a financial service under MiFID II (investment analysis). We comply with CCPA/CPRA (California), PIPEDA (Canada), LGPD (Brazil), and equivalent laws in other countries.

- **Pre-Registration Data**: Email only for the first 100 free users.
- **No Sensitive Data**: We do not collect health data, financial account details (beyond Stripe), or biometrics.

We do not collect data from minors.

- Provide and improve the Service (e.g., personalize watchlists, future report delivery).
- Process subscriptions and payments (via Stripe).
